The Wearer

Instead, our personal style should empower us to become more confident and capable of going out into the world and living our best lives! That's why I design products that are convenient to wear and become part of a woman's authentic identity. We're not about following trends. We're all about making you the icon of your own life through our timeless, affordable luxury staples to enhance your every day!"
The Founder
Founded in 2014 by fashion designer Luisa Marie Kearney, the mission behind our brand runs parallel to our founder's own story. Luisa started out running her own businesses aged just 16 years old. After launching her first ever business from scratch aged 18, Luisa found that personal style, and having a wardrobe she could rely on, was equally as important to a female entrepreneur as marketing or other skills in the business world.
The Story
"Back in 2014 I made the decision to leave behind a successful business in the corporate world to launch my own fashion and beauty brand. While running my first business that I'd started at the age of 18, I became obsessed with helping other women identify their own personal style and to dress for success in all areas of their lives. I noticed a gap in the market for chic, timeless clothing and beauty items that were also sustainably made and cruelty-free. More than ten years on, it's safe to say that I've never looked back."
The Muse
Luisa & Co was founded on the same year that her dog, Minnie, was born. Minnie became the first muse of the brand and was used as the inspiration behind our exclusive makeup and skincare collection - Minnirella. Luisa had always loved makeup and skincare but was passionate about creating and using only cruelty-free products, out of respect for her beloved pooch and all animals worldwide.
After becoming a mother in 2023, Luisa redesigned the brand's logo to the double "L" motif you see today to represent not only her eponymous label, but to also celebrate the multigenerational influence behind the brand.
