3. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom and made-to-order items:

  • Returns and refunds are not accepted for these items.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

4. Shipping

We currently ship to the UK and the USA using third-party courier and national mail services.

  • UK Shipping: Free shipping on orders over £50

  • Shipping Time: 2–14 business days depending on your location

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, or other external factors.

5. Returns and Refunds

For non-custom items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to inquire about a return or refund.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Made-to-order or custom pieces

  • Items returned without prior contact
