The Founder
Luisa, founder of Luisa & Co, originally launched this platform in 2015 as a creative outlet (and new business venture) after stepping away from the translation and localization business that she started as a teenager. The blog has always been aimed towards ambitious, creative women, usually female founders who want to create success and freedom on their own terms. However, back then it was all about hustle culture and therefore, wellbeing would usually take a backseat.
In 2023, 8 years after launching her own fashion and beauty brand and 15 years into her business journey, Luisa rebranded Luisa & Co – transforming it into a digital community and media company for women who wanted to were ready to trade chaos for calm and speed for self-care.
